Semi-Custom Wedding Invitation Collection
Can I schedule a consultation to discuss before ordering?
Yes you can. You can schedule a consultation here.

Fee paid for consultations are non-refundable but is credited back to you when you order your semi-custom collection within two (2) months of your consultation.
How long does it take for you to complete my order?
Our production timeline is 1-2 months (+shipping). Please take note this timeline starts once digital mock-up and proofs are approved by the client.

  • Clients are expected to complete the Semi-Custom Collection questionnaire within two (02) days of placing an order.
  • Your digital mock-ups & proofs are sent within 5-7 working days after the receipt of the questionnaire responses.
  • Another 5-7 working days is buffered for any amendments required and final approval of the mock-ups & proofs.
Always allow additional days/weeks if your order includes embellishments.
When should I order my invitation?
As a general rule, the sooner the better. Wedding stationers are usually booked out early. 

At Little Red, we accept invitation orders for weddings that are at least 6 months away. This allows us enough time to obtain your approval and head into production and ship your order.

Depending on our production schedule, we may be able to accept rush orders, however it will incur a rush fee if your order is accepted. Please get in touch for availability.
What are the customisable elements of The Collection?

What do you mean "Semi-Custom"?
By Semi-Custom, we mean that there are some elements that can be customised. Whilst the design of the suite cannot be changed, you can customise it to suit your style or wedding motif with colour palette, typefaces or additional embellishments.
Semi-Custom collections are a great way to have a unique invitation suite without the investment needed from a fully customised suite.
Do you accept international orders and ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! Please get in touch to place an order. Payment will be made via Telegraphic Transfer.
Postage fees are collected after the mockups & proofs are approved.
The colour palette of my wedding is not included in the customisation selection. Does that mean I won't be able to order from you?
No, that doesn't mean you can't order from us.

We offer over 50 coloured stock and hopefully 1 of the 50 colours is what you're after. Please share with us your desired colour palette (to be sure) or schedule a consultation before placing an order.
